About the Company: An incubator for startups.

Job role:

Producing content that is insightful, impossible to scroll past, and topical. From long-form blogs to a single tweet, ensure everything the organisation publishes is important, sharp and credible.

Editorial Responsibilities:

  • Build and own the storytelling approach to the organization – shaping how stories are found, framed and told.
  • Identify and deliver compelling story pegs weekly through blogs, newsletters, website, LinkedIn, and X.
  • Edit blog & article drafts submitted by leadership & team members, ensuring every piece lands with clarity and authority.
  • Drive a consistent, reliable publishing cadence across all content formats.

Content Creation:

  • Research and write in-depth blogs on the organization’s focus areas.
  • Conduct interviews with founders, mentors, and internal stakeholders to surface untold stories.
  • Transform raw conversations and unstructured inputs into polished and compelling narratives.
  • Ensure clarity, credibility, and editorial quality across all published work.

Monthly Newsletter Development:

  • Own and produce the organization’s monthly newsletter end-to-end.
  • Gather updates from programs, portfolio startups, and leadership.
  • Package highlights into a sharp, reader-friendly format that the audience actually look forward to opening.
  • Ensure every issue reflects the organisation’s distinct voice and positioning.
  • Continuously raise the bar on readability, engagement, and storytelling quality.

Social Media Distribution & Website:

  • Socialise all content into punchy short-form formats – LinkedIn posts, website snippets and beyond.
  • Maintain a unified tone and editorial standard across all channels.
  • Repurpose long-form content into punchy, platform-native formats with speed and consistency.

Must have skills:

  • Excellent reading, interviewing and inferencing skills.
  • Strong understanding of startups, innovation and the entrepreneurship ecosystem.
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas into simpler messaging.
  • Strong command of English with exceptional editing and structuring ability.
  • Self-driven and detail-oriented.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in content writing or long-form editorial roles, preferably in journalistic work.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing blogs, features, or narrative-driven writing.
