Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets and expand the client base within the industry.
  2. Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including networking events, cold calling, referrals, and industry research.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and presenting tailored consulting solutions.
  4. Collaborate with the consulting team to align sales strategies with service offerings and ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
  5. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing the value and expertise of our consulting services.
  6. Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements in alignment with company policies and client requirements.
  7. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation.
  8. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to the management team.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  2. Proven track record of at least 2 business development within the development sector industry.
  3. Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  4. Strong understanding of consulting services, market trends, and client needs within the industry.
  5. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
