Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets and expand the client base within the industry.
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including networking events, cold calling, referrals, and industry research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and presenting tailored consulting solutions.
- Collaborate with the consulting team to align sales strategies with service offerings and ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing the value and expertise of our consulting services.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements in alignment with company policies and client requirements.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 2 business development within the development sector industry.
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of consulting services, market trends, and client needs within the industry.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
