About the company: A leading MFI in India.

We are looking for experienced professionals from the General Insurance and Health Insurance domain who can manage end-to-end client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure superior service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage business for General & Health Insurance end-to-end from onboarding to claims settlement for products like Motor, Health, Hospicash, PA, Fire, Burglary, Property, Group Mediclaim, Credit Life loan-linked product, Money and Fidelity Policy, D&O, etc.
  • Develop relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Handle renewals, claims coordination, and customer servicing.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products to meet business targets.
  • Stay updated on IRDAI regulations, product features, and underwriting guidelines.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities for other insurance products.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients and intermediaries.
  • Handle policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and claim support.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments and the operations team.
  • Ensure adherence to IRDAI norms and company compliance policies.
  • Stay up to date on market trends, competitor products, and pricing.
  • Guide clients through claim intimation, documentation, and settlement.
  • Liaise with TPAs, surveyors, and insurers for smooth resolution.
  • Strong Excel skillset and managing MIS is a must requirement.

Requirements:

  1. 8–10 years of experience in General/ Health Insurance (B2C or B2B).
  2. Graduate/ Postgraduate in any discipline.
  3. Deep understanding of retail & corporate products – Motor, Health, Fire, Burglary, Property, Group Mediclaim, Credit Life loan-linked product, Money and Fidelity Policy, etc.
  4. Expertise in MS Word, MS PowerPoint & MS Excel is required for this role.
  5. Languages known – Kannada, Hindi and English, other language is an added advantage.
  6. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
