Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for assessing and evaluating partner organizations and monitoring the performance of existing partners.
2. Contribute to the development of underwriting standards for selection of partners.
3. Conduct due diligence & prepare clear and crisp credit notes/documents, working together with senior colleagues.
4. Present risk opinion to the credit committee and assist with onboarding of partner organizations.
5. On-going monitoring of partner organizations.
6. The candidate will be suitably well-versed with the appropriate information security responsibilities for the role and is responsible for adhering to them.

Requirements:

1. Work experience of 1-3 years in a similar role at a Bank and/or NBFC.
2. Ability to write clear and coherent reports in English.
3. Financial analysis skills and quick to understand numbers and trends.
4. Good skills in Microsoft Excel.
5. Teamwork and a collaborative approach.
6. Fluent in English, Hindi, and any other Indian language(s).
