About the Company: A venture finance startup.
Position Summary:
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will lead the Venture Finance startup, focusing on venture debt, Startup financing, building a robust investment portfolio and financial advisory services. The CEO will drive entrepreneurial growth, ecosystem partnerships, and innovative financing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth: Develop and implement strategies for venture debt, Startup financing, building a robust investment portfolio and advisory services.
- Ecosystem Partnerships: Build strong relationships with startups, venture capital firms, and industry bodies.
- Regulatory & Governance: Ensure compliance with MCA and applicable financial regulations.
- Innovation: Drive product innovation, digital adoption, and differentiated financial solutions.
- Capital & Investor Relations: Raise funds, manage investor confidence, and oversee capital deployment.
- Culture & Talent: Foster an agile, entrepreneurial, and high-performance organizational culture.
- Credit & Investment monitoring.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 15–20 years of experience in venture finance, debt, structured finance, or advisory services.
- Cutting-edge experience in fintech.
- Deep understanding of NCR – geography/ economics/ demographics as a major plus point.
- Exposure to startup ecosystems and venture capital networks.
- Strong background in deal structuring, fundraising, and portfolio management.
- MBA/CA/CFA or equivalent qualification preferred.
