About the Company: An NBFC company engaged in diversified credit granting.

Position Summary:

The CEO will be responsible for shaping strategy, ensuring compliance with RBI/NBFC regulations, and driving sustainable growth through innovative lending and financing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership:
    1. Define and execute long-term business strategy aligned with NBFC credit-granting activities.
    2. Expand product offerings across personal loans, SME financing, leasing, and structured credit.
    3. Drive New Age lending/ Digitization.
  2. Regulatory & Compliance:
    1. Ensure strict adherence to RBI guidelines, MCA filings, and statutory requirements.
    2. Maintain robust governance, audit, and reporting frameworks.
  3. Risk & Portfolio Management:
    1. Oversee credit risk assessment, portfolio diversification, and asset-liability management.
    2. Implement robust risk frameworks to strike a balance between growth and financial prudence.
  4. Operational Excellence:
    1. Drive digital transformation, process automation, and customer-centric initiatives.
    2. Enhance efficiency in loan origination, servicing, and collections.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement:
    1. Build strong relationships with regulators, investors, and institutional partners.
    2. Represent the company externally to enhance brand visibility and trust.
  6. Talent & Culture:
    1. Lead organizational culture, talent development, and succession planning.
    2. Foster a performance-driven, ethical, and customer-focused environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. 15–20 years of leadership experience in BFSI/NBFCs, with at least 5 years in senior management.
  2. Cutting-edge experience in fintech.
  3. Deep understanding of NCR – geography/ economics/ demographics as a major plus point.
  4. Proven track record in credit granting, diversified lending, or financial services.
  5. Strong understanding of compliance, credit risk, and financial structuring.
  6. MBA/CA/CFA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
