About the Company: An AI-native cybersecurity company.
Reports to: CEO and COO
The role:
You’ll sit next to the founders and work on whatever matters most that quarter. Some weeks that’s building a pitch for a bank’s CISO. Other weeks it’s launching a campaign, sizing a new market, or chasing down a partner deal. This isn’t a support role. You’ll own outcomes, present to customers, and see how a deep-tech company gets built up close.
What you’ll do:
Marketing:
- Write and ship content: LinkedIn posts, blogs, case studies, product one-pagers and newsletters on AI security.
- Run event presence at industry conferences and symposiums, from booth collateral to post-event follow-up.
- Keep the website, pitch decks and brand materials sharp and consistent.
- Track what’s working (leads, engagement, pipeline sourced) and report it simply.
Pre-Sales:
- Research prospects and prepare the founders for customer meetings.
- Build customer-specific decks, proposals and responses to RFPs and security questionnaires.
- Support product demos and proofs-of-concept alongside the engineering team, and coordinate them end to end.
- Keep the CRM and pipeline clean; follow up relentlessly so nothing drops.
Strategy & Founder’s Office:
- Market and competitor research: sizing new sectors and geographies, and tracking AI-security regulation (RBI, SEBI, CERT-In, EU AI Act, ISO 42001).
- Support channel and partnership programs, including partner onboarding, enablement material and joint go-to-market plans.
- Prepare investor updates, board material and internal reviews.
- Drive cross-functional projects to closure and keep the founders’ priorities moving.
Who we’re looking for:
- 1–2 years of experience in a startup founder’s office, B2B SaaS, consulting, product marketing, or presales. Cybersecurity or enterprise tech exposure is a strong plus.
- Clear, confident writing. You can turn a technical idea into a one-page story a CISO will read.
- Strong with decks and documents (PowerPoint/Google Slides, Excel/Sheets). Comfortable using AI tools to move faster.
- Curious about AI and security, with the patience to learn the technology properly.
- Structured thinker who’s comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- Presentable and articulate with senior enterprise stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or a related field. An MBA is welcome but not required.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with LLMs, GenAI applications, or security frameworks such as OWASP LLM Top 10 and MITRE ATLAS.
- Experience selling to BFSI or other regulated industries.
- Hands-on with a CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and design tools such as Canva or Figma.
Why join:
- Direct exposure to founders and every part of the business, from product to sales to fundraising.
- Work on a category that barely existed two years ago, with some of India’s most demanding enterprise customers.
- Real ownership early. There’s a clear path into a GTM, product marketing or strategy leadership role as we scale.
- Competitive compensation and ESOP eligibility.
